Major Disruption A38

Major disruption to the A38 expected

Police were called at around 1.30pm today [Thursday 9 May] following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A38 at Menheniot, Liskeard.

Ambulance and the air ambulance are on the scene. A female has suffered serious injuries.

The A38 westbound has been closed between Menhentiot and Trerulefoot.

A second road closure is in place at Trerulefoot at the junction with Bethany.

Police are expecting major disruption to the A38 as a result of this incident. We would ask motorists to avoid the area at this time.
