Further to my previous letters please note the appeal has been withdrawn by the appellants.
The Hearing will not take place on Tuesday 15th October.
Due to the very short notice given, if you are aware of anyone who has written in about the appeal/application who does not have an email address, please could I ask that you let them know as well if you are able.
I will also request that a notice is put on the door of the venue/reception for passing interested parties.
I apologise for the short notice, unfortunately the Council were only notified of the withdrawal after office hours on Friday 11th.
